Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp coarsely ground pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- ½ cup sliced shallots
- 1 kg cooked medium prawns (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
Method
- Stir together mayonnaise, shallots, prawns and dill.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1hr before serving. For best results, refrigerate overnight.
