Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp coarsely ground pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • ½ cup sliced shallots
  • 1 kg cooked medium prawns (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill

Method

  • Stir together mayonnaise, shallots, prawns and dill.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1hr before serving.  For best results, refrigerate overnight.
